Maybe, but it would take a REALLY big tank. LOTS of room for each species to claim as their own. Say a good sized pond.
Loaches like hiding under things, Oscars like moving things around. I think I see a problem right there. In the average aquarium there just is not enough space for the Oscar to claim some space and leave the rest along. It is ALL his territory.
