Identifying my loach

Can anyone help me??
I have a yellow coloured loach, on its head are orange dots that make a face pattern. Can ANYONE tell me what it is PLEEEEASE????

Any chance we can have a picture? How big is it? Where is it from? Where are you from (some places can get fish other places can't get)?
