New pictures... New camera

Post by chris1932 » Fri Dec 15, 2006 3:07 pm

Hello everyone I had some spare time today so I figured why take care of Christmas stuff or work when I can post loach pictures. I had the opportunity to do alot of observing and everone seems to be getting along dashingly.

Schustrua Baleata waiting for food as usual

Sewellia on a good picture taking rock

Amazing contrast between these two H confuzona

Same Sewellia as above giving a profile shot. I hope the fences show up well. This guy is the most colorful as well as the largest.

Schistrua balteata thinks he is hiding because the room lights are off, must not be able to see me.

King Sewellia. I love these fish. How cute.

A Dahli ring. The most active eyes of any loach I have kept

Ooh! This looks promising. Most people's first pics are all fuzzy. We'll look forward to more :)

Martin.

I can see 6 now. Funnily enough only the first one was visible when I looked before. That's definitely a male Sewellia.

This may also be the only Danio Choprae picture I have ever taken where the fish might have been still. There are now 18 from what started as 6. The bigger school is a little more flattering to look at.

Thanks Graeme. King Sewellia and I are buds now. One of the few fish in that tank that trusts me enough to move the rock with it on it. His fences have become more and more pronounced over the last week. I raised the temp a little bit in hopes of some finny love.
