why are my clown loaches dark

Hi, for some reason unknown to me my 6 clown loaches have all gone dark and lost their colour. my water is tip top and the fish seem very healthy, can anyone please shed some light please, thanks in advance

not 100% sure, but maybe they're greying out?

especially if they're all about the same size and they want dominance.

Can you tell us more about your tank and if anything unusual has happened prior to noticing this darkening?

Clowns will darken and lighten at times. If everything is normal, it is most likely not a big problem.
