Loach has ball between fins?

My tiger loach has a little ball on tummy in between his fins right behind gills.

Any idea what htis might be? It's a little smaller than a pea. The loach is only 4 inches or so. Could this be bloat?

Is there a chance that you could get a photo of it? It would definately help in working out what it is.
