My old setup (180 liters)

My new setup (500 liters)
somewhere in februari:

a highlight:

in the beginning of march: (maart)

Right now:

My fish are doing great:
3 botia morletti (wanted to give them back to the lfs but they arent agressive only when defending a peace of veggie... but beside that they only click ad eachother)
8 botia kubotai (i had 12 but gave 4 to my grandfather since he liked them so much)
8 botia Almorhae (but i think 3 of them are kubotai of rostrata they are camera shy and taking a picture is very hard)
20 barbus ticto (realy goodlooking fish very active and very anoying if i try to make a close-up of a botia since they love the camera and wil swim right in front of it so i cant get the pictures i want...
3 E. frenatus (one big one and 2 smaller ones the aren't agressive towards each other the just seem to respect a 20cm personal space to eachother, and have no terratories. and when the do cross the 20cm personal space the smaller ones aren't chased away really at least if the bigger one comes near the smaller one if a smaller one comes to near the big one it will chase but only 10-30cm than it's back to feeding)
The reason for the big frenatus being so friendly may have something to do with the botia's that don't respect 20cm personal spaces and he is zo glad some do he will tolerate them

there is still work to do:
getting 2-3 pieces of wood (70-100cm long 10cm in diameter) and more javaverns or a completely different strong plant. it's kind of bare now on the right but i don't want to much plants...
the fish do like the stones before when there was only sand the never came for over it, with the stones they even rest far from the wood and plants... and get under and between them... very nice to see...
