what size of tank are these guys in, what filtration do you run, and how long are they?

if you can, do tests for ammonia, nitrite and nitrate

Hi zolti, and welcome to Loaches Online.

It would be useful to know more information about the tank and the fish, and any photographs of the affected fish may be of use too. It could be that your loach has Chronic Wasting Syndrome ("skinny disease") which can be treated with Levamisole hydrochloride: http://www.loaches.com/Members/shari2/l ... chloride-1 but it is difficult to say for sure without a bit more information.
