Which is safer?

I was able to find me some levamisole today. Unfortunately it isn't pure and is mixed in with some other stuff.

I found two products, one is vermex2, which contains Levamisole and Niclosamide

Another is worm-away which contains Levamisole, Mebendazole, and praziquantel.

I'm not sure which to use. I've looked up each chemical individually but I'd still like to ask some guidance.

I'd use the one with levamisole, mebendazole and praziquantel. All three have been used on fish in various cases and are considered safe for use.

I cannot however vouch for the one containing Niclosamide but read the information I found regarding that ingredient. If the quote below is true, I would not risk using Vermex2.

It is of very low toxicity to mammals (WHO Hazard Class III, table 5), can be toxic to aquatic vertebrates (e.g. fish and amphibians) and crustaceans. Niclosamide is non-persistent in the aquatic environment, has a slight effect on aquatic plants and zooplankton but is not generally phytotoxic at field concentrations.

I agree with Blue. The worm-away sounds like a better (safer, more effective) bet.
