My CL tank (pics)

Hi everybody,
though I would finally post rather then lurk all the time.
here are some quick pics (yes they're really bad)

I have a 90Gallon, very deep sand bed of Tahitian Moon Sand .
eheim pro 2, large wet/dry/trickle filter (mostly for the added water flow and adds a lot of extra gallons to the total capacity)

my main fish group
8, 3"+ CL's
7, 2-7" YoYo's
3, 4" Horse's
3, SAE's
various others
cats, tetra's etc...

nice group of clowns! never knew the where a simpsons fan though.

looks a bit overcrowded with all the different species but that is just my opinion . i would take less species and focus one one or two as eyecatchers

I agree I need to focus more on 1 family.

I think that your algee eater might be a SAE not a CAE. Kinda hard to tell but if I were you I'd hope that was the case.

You do have SAE's by the way. They are not "true" Flying foxes, but Crossocheilus siamensis, or Siamese Algea Eaters.

yeah the drift wood touches all sides including the top..
total pain in the a** to get into the tank opening.
it was a rare find. day it came in friend called me about it.

I got the Tahitian Moon Sand from drfostersmith, I just happen to catch them on a sweet sale. I have about a 4"+ deep sand bed; makes a great hiding place for the horses and a few others. Also very easy to dig up any crumbs.

Most of my clowns are 4"+, 2 seem to be a bit smaller. I've had them for about 2.5years now. They were all purchased together from the same shipment. I'm taking a bit of a guess here and saying that they've been together since birth maybe? They all get along great and never quarrel. Until recently (last 6months) they haven’t had typical clown behavior ("sleeping") and they are also quiet friendly towards all the other fish in the tank.

Looks like that will be my next purchase for my next aquarium as every says my tanks are to smalll. Originally I bought the 55gal for a Discus tank in the bedroom. But my wife and I fell in love with loaches and started buying them up.

I think it's an illness....
