Hi.....you said she had frogs? Are they African Clawed frogs? In the same tank? They will eat EVERYTHING.....cannot be kept with fish.

Going back to the beginning of your posting. You said that the tank only had 2 frogs and a catfish, (plus a few possible khulis). I reckon there in lies the problem. Lone survivers! Why? Just a thought.
