loach id wanted.

piggy4's asked me to put a couple of pics up of a loach he got a bit back.
it came in as a contaminent with mahnerti so the shipment was from thailand.
this fish resembles a discription and pic of N pfeifferae.
has any of the experts got any ideas please.

That's so weird.. I just posted "I got a new loach" today and need an ID.. so strange we did this at the same time. Wouldn't it be funny if they were the same species as well???

No idea in which species this is, but to me it looks like a possible Traccatichthys species. It has that certain look with the placements of the eyes...etc.

Lovely loach though! 8)

Hi all, thanks to Micky for posting pic , i picked up three of these , lost one just recently :( but the other two seem ok !
