There are several species of Kuhlie Loach, and a couple of those species have no markings. There are at least 2 species have something close to what is considered 'normal' markings, and might be confused with each other.

Have a look in the species profiles here. If you look through the picture ID part, scroll down to the longest, thinest sketch and click there for the Kuhlie Loach types.
38 tanks, 2 ponds over 4000 liters of water to keep clean and fresh.

Happy fish keeping!

Hi billybojimbob,

Have a look at all the kuhli loaches in our species index and see if you can find yours there. You need to look under Pangio species: http://www.loaches.com/species-index/species-index Some kuhlis, such as Pangio oblonga, have no stripes.
