my loaches

i am from Shanghai, China and i find this website by Google. :)

this is my hillsteam loaches, what's the name of this loach ?

currenctly i put them in a small tank for quarantine, this sunday i will move them to the big tank.

other photos are my new fishes, i bought them on this Tuesday, but i don't know their english name and scientific name.

I would opt for Gastromyzon scitulus for the Hillstreams (would need to see dorsal and caudal fins displayed)

Picture 2 looks like a Leaffish species, possibly Nandus nandus or to my eye more likely Nandus nebulosus. Both (or any for that matter) species are capable fish eaters, usually ambush predators.

Pic 3 looks like a possible Sarcocheilichthys parvus but I am not 100% sure on that.
So many species of fish yet so little time, space and money to keep them all...

aha. this time i find out their name. but there is no detailed informations about them.

this loach is imported from southeast Asia.

picture 2 :
Scientific Name: Siniperca undulata Fang et Chong
english name: wavyline mandarinfish

picture 3:
Scientific Name: Sarcocheilichthys parvus Nichols
english name: small fat minnow

I agree with Doc on the Loaches being the Gastromyzon scitulus.
