light patches on weather loach

over the last few days, my weather loach (Liam Neeson) has developed a few small light/milky patches.
i dont't know if he injured himself and this is like a bruising or scaring or is it some sort of fungus/disease that needs treating...

water parameters are normal, he's in a 150l tank with 2 other weather loaches and they're fine....

It looks like a fungus. Fungi are rather sensitive towards alt in the water, but I can´t tell how sensitive weather loaches are to salt
