any alternatives to levamisole (?) hydrochloride?

so far, i have had no luck tracking down this med. (singapore does not have any farm animals, so no feed supply store), i was wondering whether there are any other meds which are effective for wasting away disease? We used to be able to get jungle parasiteclear, which i think somebody mentioned worked for him/her, but according to the shop the local distributor is "gone already". we normally have products from interpet, sera, mardel (no maracyn 1 and 2 however), if that information is going to help. the rest of the meds are normally local brands which i am highly hesitant to use.

To treat it you could look for something to treat parasites, and an additional antibiotic treatment to use at the same time. Or you could order it online...
