Black Khuli eggs

Post by fatbotia » Tue Sep 25, 2007 8:22 am

Wouldn't have believed it if I didn't see it for myself. I had just turned on the light and started feeding a little pellet food, when my only khuli swims past and shed about 20 eggs. It didn't appear that gravid, and it wasn't being chased or anything. The eggs were clear with a white/opaque yolk, they didn't appear sticky. The fish then continued its usual swimming in circles, up and down the glass.
Now I thinking of getting a couple more :D

What species have you got, Fatbotia?
